FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BOOKING CLASSES & WAITLISTS

We keep it simple! Download the MINDBODY app & book your class to get started.

  • We recommend booking classes in advance as spots can fill quickly.

  • If a class is full, join the waitlist – movement on waitlists is very common.

  • You will receive notification if you are added to the class from the waitlist. You can be added to the class up to 1-hour before the class begins.

  • If your schedule changes, please cancel from class or the waitlist as soon as possible so another client can take your spot.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Life happens – we totally get it! We just ask that you please cancel your class as soon as you know you can’t make it.
 

  • Late cancellations and no-shows prevent waitlisted clients from getting into class.•

  • Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to our studio policy.
    Our late-cancellation window is 12-hours prior to class. 

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can get you checked in and set up on your reformer.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes – we have a cute variety available for purchase in studio.

  • Let your instructor know about any injuries, pregnancies, or concerns – we are always happy to offer modifications.

  • For Mat Classes, please bring your own mat as we only have a limited number available to borrow. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our classes are designed to challenge you while meeting you where you are. You don’t need to “keep up” – focus on your body, your breath, and your progress. Pilates is a practice, and consistency is key.
