HI-PI REFORMER PILATES: HIGH INTENSITY PILATES *COMING SOON
Hi-Pi (High Intensity Pilates) blends fast-paced, high-intensity movements with classic Pilates. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced clients who feel confident on the reformer and are ready to sweat! Expect 50 minutes of powerful, full-body work. Each session will vary and may incorporate heavier weights or other props to elevate the intensity and push your practice further.
This class is recommended for intermediate to advanced clients who are familiar with the reformer and Pilates.
RESTORATIVE REFORMER PILATES *COMING SOON
Slow down, stretch out, and restore your body. This gentle 50-minute reformer class focuses on deep stretching, mobility, and mindful movement to release tension and improve overall flexibility.
